Concentrating on the abdominal muscles. It is a short class to tone and tighten the tummy. Concentrates on core strength.

Cardio Kick
Combining simple aerobic choreography with martial arts and boxing based moves. Fat burning cardio blast! Full of fun and energy for all fitness levels!

Body Toning
This class is dedicated to tone, give more definition and firm up those notoriously difficult areas. Suitable for all levels.

Fifty Fifty
If you don't have time but still would like to do a full body approach exercise, this class is the choice! A combination of aerobic and body toning moves. Suitable for all levels.

Supple Strength
This class blends elements of Yoga, Pilates and Body Conditioning. Aim is to improve balance, posture and co-ordination. Use of (yoga) mat, light hand-held weights or resistance bands.

Stretch & Flex
Stretch and Flex is a short class to concentrate on the body's mobility and flexibility. Stretching is often overlooked but extremely important for a balanced fitness regimen. This class will help to learn the proper stretching techniques to increase flexibility and improve posture. 30 minutes exercise session

Keiser Cycle
Keiser Cycle class is a great way to burn calories and keep your muscles in shape. Spinning is YOUR workout. You control the pace and resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal.
