Ante and Post Natal Exercise


Ante Natal concentrates on strengthening the muscles that are under strain throughout the pregnancy and improving the posture.
Ante Natal exercise helps to prepare for labour, enhances pain tolerance, increases stamina for labour and delivery, reduces the risk of incidences of intervention during labour and tones the pelvic muscle.

Post Natal concentrates on the restoration of the abs and development of the core strength. Post Natal helps to return to the shape and strength before the pregnancy.

The aim of Ante and Post Natal exercise is to perform a safe and effective exercise by targeting the correct areas coupled with the knowledge of the physiological, anatomical and emotional changes of the pregnancy in the body. Group and one-to-one sessions are available. If requested I am happy to work with your midwife in order to create a bespoke exercise program according to your needs.
Please note:
In order to deliver a safe Ante and Post Natal group exercise a maximum of 10 participants for one group session is ideal.
